Re: Scotty McCreery
Justin Ward plays steel for Scotty. He plays a Blanton D-10. I saw Justin playing steel in Scotty's band when Scotty was a new artist, opening shows for Brad Paisley. Brad Paisley's tour in 2012 featured Scotty McCreery and The Band Perry. Scotty and Justin played three or four songs, since Scotty was a new artist at the time, and the only two steel players on the tour were Justin Ward with Scotty and Randle Currie with Brad Paisley. The show was in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the venue was strict about how long the shows would go on for the opening acts, so the headliner would have more time to play his show. Scotty opened the show with Justin on steel, and he sang a few songs-not a full set, then The Band Perry came on, playing a few of their songs, then Brad Paisley closed the show, introduced his band, and I met Randle after the show. Justin Ward appears in the video Scotty McCreery put out a few years ago that pays tribute to George Strait. Justin plays a Blanton D-10 with Scotty

Re: Scotty McCreery
And he is a very good player. Scotty is coming to Montana soon, but it's too far for me to travel. Would loved to be able to see him.
