Hey all

My current free tab ends today, I was wondering if any steeler had a particular song they would like to see tabbed.
Be interesting to see what you guys like.
Nothing too complicated, I am not that skilled. ha!

Hi John
As you know, I'm a 'new country'fan. Many of your tabs are of tunes I don't know.
How about something from the Gram Parsons songbook? Plenty of good steelers there - Sneeky Pete, Buddy, Gene Parsons, Al Perkins...
Whoo!!!

I'm kind of a nostalgic guy.

My suggestion would be Toby Keith's "Don't Let the Old Man In."

I would very much like Tony Browne's "Bring Me The Sunshine". Thanks Ray

Hi John
This is what I mean. I don't know these tunes that have been suggested so far. Never heard of them. How about
Eagles. Flying Burrito Brothers. Commander Cody and his Lost Planet Airmen.
Many more to choose from.
How about my absolute favourite, Red Rhodes? His work with Mike Nesmith is the best. Odd tunings, though.
That's my rant over. Until the next time.

Sorry John. Had a brain fade. Bobby Black Possibly the most under-rated player ever. Ask John Davis - he knows.

Here’s a challenge…

“The King Of Broken Hearts”

I heard Wendy Moger sing this with the ‘Time Jumpers ‘ last year. Paul Franklin was his usual unbelievable, outstanding self. It was spellbinding.

This would be a great instrumental tab to have.

Recorded by George Strait and Mark Chestnut and others.

Thanks, John.

Gram & Emmy

Post by John A. Russell »

Nick

As you know, I have done may tabs of songs up to 70 years old.

Hank Williams, Patsy Cline, George Jones, George Strait, Elvis, The Beatles and more.

However, I have sat down this morning for a few hours and done for you "SLEEPLESS NIGHTS" by your favorites, Gram Parsons and Emmy Lou Harris.

I have posted a request on the tab section, if you want it. (free of charge)

Kind regards
